PMP COVID update

Here at the Property Maintenance People, the safety of our clients and contractors is our biggest priority. In line with government guidelines, we will continue to operate over the upcoming COVID lockdown in order to keep your home running smoothly.

Here is how we will be keeping you safe during these unprecedented times.

Full PPE

Each of our PMP approved contractors are required to wear masks and gloves for the full duration of their time in your home.

Social distancing

Our contractors will keep a safe distance away whilst they complete the task at hand and keep all contact with clients to a minimum.

All contractors are required to sanitise their hands before and after their visit to your home.

Diagnostics over the phone

Our highly qualified team are trained to help you diagnose the problem in your home over the phone. We can suggest solutions for you to try and rectify the issue yourself, to prevent any contractors being sent to your home unnecessarily.

 Virtual maintenance

Even if you are not yet ready to let anyone into your home, our PMP approved contractors are still here to help you with you from a distance. If you find yourself with a maintenance issue, our skilled engineers can give you real-time, expert guidance through the process over zoom to help you solve the problem without even entering your home. Contact us to find out more.

Urgent works prioritised

We understand that it is now more important than ever that your house feels like a home, with running water, functional heating and safe electricity. We will therefore be prioritising works that involve leaks, heating failures, water shortages or electrical faults to get you home back up and running as soon as possible.

We are all in this together. If you have any concerns or queries about having maintenance done on your home or would like a virtual appointment, contact us today.

From all of us at PMP, we hope that you keep safe, well and positive during these times.
